Sara Miller, APRN, FNP, is a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in both family practice and pain management. Before obtaining her advanced degree, Sara worked alongside Dr. Talbott at Southwest Spine and Pain Center as his nurse, gaining valuable experience in the field and building strong relationships with his patients. Her firsthand knowledge of Dr. Talbott’s approach to care makes her uniquely equipped to collaborate with him in managing patient treatment plans. 

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She specializes in chronic disease management, preventative care, hospice, and patient education. Sara is passionate about empowering her patients to take charge of their health, and she believes that clear communication is key to achieving positive outcomes.
