Holly Cunningham, DNP is at the following locations:

Christin Van Dine is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but has called Utah home for over 20 years.  She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Colorado at Boulder and moved to Utah to live the mountain life as a ski patroller and EMT.  She completed her masters in Physician Assistant studies at the University of Utah and spent 11 years working in Orthopaedics at the U. She served as chair for multiple national associations and meetings during her time there.  When not working to help patients feel and function at their best you can find her skiing, biking and playing in the mountains with her husband, son, and 4-legged friends.
