Michelle Ballard, DNP obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Utah Valley University and a Doctor of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Idaho State University. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Michelle has always enjoyed working with people and caring for them.

She enjoys building long-term relationships with people while providing the information they need to create healthy habits and fulfilling lifestyles.

When she is not taking care of patients, Michelle enjoys canyoneering, backpacking, running, camping, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling with her husband and four children.
