Craig Doxey, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a background in chronic pain management. He received his bachelor of science in exercise science from BYU in 2007, then completed the Physician Assistant program and received a master's degree of Medical Science from AACC/St Francis University in 2013. Prior to joining Southwest Spine and Pain, he practiced in Baltimore, Maryland for 8 years where his approach to pain management focused on multi-disciplinary collaboration and utilizing evidence-based practices regarding medications and interventional procedures. He is passionate in helping his patients uncover the cause of their chronic pain complaints, and in offering individualized treatment plans with patient safety and functional improvement in mind. He has been trained in providing minor procedures, such as trigger point injections and therapeutic knee injections. He moved to Utah with his 4 sons in 9/2021. They enjoy board games, sports and exploring the beautiful Utah landscape.
