Dan Payne is the Chief Executive Officer for Vista Healthcare. We are excited for Dan to help Vista and Southwest Spine and Pain execute on its mission to “helping patients live their lives again.”  

Dan joined Vista Healthcare in February of 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Dan’s first year with Vista has been focused on building out the internal reporting and financial systems of the company.  He brings over 15 years of experience as a seasoned Certified Public Accountant and Executive. 

He began his finance and accounting career working for KPMG, where he gained extensive experience in high-level managerial accounting and finance. Dan went on to build and lead incredible teams in various organizations such as Kenworth Sales Company, Younique Inc, and Breeze Airways.  

In addition to his professional experience, he received a double major in Accounting and Real Estate with a minor in Finance from Cal State San Bernardino. He also obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from Utah State University.  

Dan and his wife Liza have 3 children and recently relocated to St. George.
